Frustrating service. Love Jimmy John's food. Drive thru orders are wrong more than 50% of the time. Tried to get delivery for the first time.....30 minutes passed and nothing. Called and driver was lost; however no one got our phone number when we ordered, so they couldn't call us to tell us that. Waited another 15 minutes, nothing! Spent 10 minutes on phone with driver, (a hour has passed since our phone order) and he still could not find us. So we cancelled our order. Very displeased. Don't know why we keep going back. This the store in North KC by the way.

best deli sandwiches, great late night eats. Jimmy John's is easily the best of the chain sandwich shops I've eaten at. Used to live in downtown Columbia and I went there on a regular basis. Never got a bad sandwich once. Very excited there is one in downtown KC now on 11th.

User review by jorda. Great Food! Low price! What more can you ask for? The bread is fabulous. The staff wear fun t-shirts with witty quips on the back. Typically, there's standing room only with outside seating. Great sammich.
