Minksy's is one of the best pizza places in town! The pizza never disappoints, and the service is great. Our whole family loves Minsky's!

I usually love Minsky's. But after today I will not go back to this Minsky's again. We were sat in the back part of the restaurant and at first our service was great, but as the meal went on so did the service. My pizza came with the garlic cheese toast, which my waiter didn't put in until right before our meals came out. After our meal we asked for two boxes and he came back and put the boxes on the table. We had watched him box up their pizza and when we asked why not ours he replied well you're pizza is messier being a tostada pizza and all...well what?!?!? If it's messier shouldn't you be helping us? And then we waited for fifteen minutes after our meal for the bill. The bill was incorrect so someone else in our party went to speak to the manager and to make sure our bill was rung up correctly. While he was gone speaking to the manager I overheard the waiter bad mouth him to another waitress, while we were still sitting at the table. After awhile the manager came in and took our pizzas and told us to leave and I asked him if he was the manager, because I wanted to make him aware of the waiter bad talking someone in front of the other people in the party. He said yes he was but he didn't want to hear what I had to say, in fact even told me he didn't care and wouldn't listen to anything I had to say because of the other complaint. I looked at him and went I haven't said a word to you and you won't even let me speak that is not ok. The manager never apologized to me and just told me he was done with the conversation. I'm not confrontational, but I have never been treated like this at a restaurant. I just wanted to make him aware of his server bad talking someone in front of the rest of the party and he kept telling me he was done with the conversation before I could say anything. But after being treated like this by the manager I understand why the employee was the way he was. Maybe a course in customer service would serve him well.

Minsky's is one of our favorite pizza places in K.C. If you go you have to get the prime pizza. Who doesn't love bacon on pizza?

The waitors are wonderful. You feel like family. The pizza is the best. We go at least once a week. We love the to go cups. Thank you!!

Minsky's in our favorite pizza place in Kansas City. The pizza is unbeatable and the garlic cheese toast is to die for! It's great that they offer gluten free crust, we introduced my sister to it who is gluten free, and now it's the only pizza she eats when she's in town! The prices are great and they offer good deals when you buy more than one pizza, would recommend Minsky's to anyone who hasn't given it a try yet!

Minsky's is one of my families favorites! The service and atmosphere is great! The food is delicious and we have had just about everything on the menu! The Lasagna is amazing and you can't go wrong with any type of pizza!

The food is excellent at this Minsky's - good quality every time (and I visit often). I have found the servers to be friendly whether I come by myself, with my family of 9 or with just a friend. I usually come at lunch time so haven't been there when it is packed out.

On a side note, I like the tv's and the new lights. I don't care for the new floor (cement).
