Fast and Good Service. I live in California and was looking to have my iPhone fixed. The apple store, after a 45 minute wait, told me it would be $150. I called a few local shops and they all quoted less than half that. I found iResQ online and thought I would give them a shot so I would not have to deal with more lines, driving and hassle of going to downtown Los Angeles.

I shipped my phone out Monday evening and had my phone in hand by Wednesday mid morning. Throughout the process I had notification emails telling how things were progressing. Better Than Apple. My classic (really, the old thick one) 60 gig iPod locked up. I had a DJ gig for the annual neighborhood BBQ the next day so went to the Apple Store where I was informed the unit was a total loss. I could get a 10% discount on the purchase of a new iPod if I traded the old one in. Taking a chance, I decided it was worth trying iResq. So, I kept the old one, bought a new one & sent the old one to IiResq. Within days I was informed the old unit is good to go.
