In Short – This highly recognized hotel chain has been taking care of business and leisure travelers since 1957. Terrible Customer Service

I would not recommend staying at this Marriott if it's customer service and professionalism you seek.
We just had our second and third - and last - terrible experiences with the Marriott on the Plaza. Un-accomodating night managers unwilling to make a check-in time exception and proceeding to charge us for the eventually unused room, combined with unprofessional bell-men who all but lost two rented tuxedo's for the better part of an afternoon were enough to make me never recommend this hotel to anyone I know, or don't know.
