best service ever!. I went into the Abercrombie & Fitch at Independence Center to try and exchange a too-big miniskirt I had bought from the store's website for hte same thing in a smaller size. Several of their associates scoured the store and the back room looking for what I wanted, and when they discovered that they didn't have my size in stock anymore, one of the girls actually got on the phone and called every single A&F store in the Kansas City area and waited on the phone with each one while they checked their stores as well... none of them ended up having it, but it was so nice that they actually went above and beyond what I would expect, especially from Abercrombie. Plus, they weren't snotty about it and didn't act like I was wasting my time... they were actually glad to help me!
