Patrons--mostly on-the-go professionals and parents with kids in tow--line up at an assembly-line style counter for hard and soft tacos or burritos (regular, fajita-style or without the tortilla) made with fillings like grilled chicken or steak, free-range pork or shredded beef.

Favorite fast mexican food. Mmmm....Chipotle. My local Chipotle has it down. They've got the system streamlined. Their food is always great. HUGE burritos. I buy a bag of their chips without salsa just because I love the salty lime taste of them alone. They are VERY friendly. You might have to get in line at lunch, but it's the fastest moving fast-food line I've ever been though.
