LOUSY FOOD, WILL NEVER GO BACK. THE FOOD IS THE WORST WE HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. THE FOOD WAS BAD THE FIRST TIME AND WE GAVE IT ANOTHER CHANCE TODAY. THE TENDERLOIN WAS TOUGH, THE BUN WAS HARD AND OLD, FELL APART. ALL OF THE FOOD WAS COLD. THE ONION STRINGS WERE COLD AND HAD BEEN SETTING QUITE A WHILE AS EVIDENCED BY THE TASTE, ALSO WITH THE ONION RINGS.

WE WILL NEVER RETURN. WE DID NOT EAT THE FOOD EXCEPT TO TASTE IT, TOLD THE WAITRESS,

MANAGER NEVER APPEARED. WE PAID $32.84 FOR ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. WE EAT OUT A LOT AND WE WILL MAKE SURE THAT PEOPLE KNOW NOT TO GO TO THIS RESTAURANT. IT ALSO TOOK A LONG TIME TO GET THE FOOD. THE ONLY THING THAT WAS GOOD WAS THE CHIPS AND DIP. THE WAITRESS WAS OKAY; NOT HER FAULT THE FOOD WAS LOUSY. WE WERE THERE ON JUL 31, AT 1_30 P.M., CHECK NO. 4195. WE GOT TOOK ROYALLY.

Not suited for parties of 4. Rude hostess and the the inability to seat parties over 4 people make this location a NO GO. While the food is ok the locations inability to serve medium to large groups is inexcusable. My last visit there, and I mean my LAST, the hostess sit a party of three at a table for eight and then asked our party of 6 to sit at a table of four or to split to two tables. This was a Thursday night. I understand busy is busy, but they seemed unable to manage the volume they receive, deeming them as a NOT RECOMMENDED.

Gone down hill. While i can admit that 54th street has one of the largest and best menus for a bar&grill, the food just never comes out all good. Many of times I have gone there and my bun for my philly was soggy, or my fries have been soggy. It seems as if the business is slacking bc they have been successful for a while. The managers also are not quick to appologize and fix problems. But one thing I never go wrong on in their drinks, I have never had a problem when I order one there, their Long Island Ice Teas are wonderful!
