points disppeared, wrong credit card, worst phone services.
I used to like bestbuy, but not any more. I will give zero star if I could.
1) The customer service is the worst of all I have experienced: I have been transferred back and forth 6 times between Bestbuy reward zone (1-888-237-8289) and Reward credit card (1-800-365-0292, and 1-800-419-4959), and got no one resolving my questions. I want to speak to the manager.
2) I received a new best buy card, but it does not show I am a reward zone program member. In addition, on the back of the card, it does not show my bestbuy member ID. I have emailed more than 10 emails, more than 10 phone calls over 5 month, and the problem is still there. 3) 926 points ($463 purchase) disappeared when I check today. It was there when I emailed customer services on April 19, 2012. However, after paid the balance on my credit card, my points disappeared!
Very disappointed at Bestbuy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
