If you are looking for a doctor...don't look here!

I used to get a yearly physical from Dr. Burns. This physical comprised of the same tests year after year...my out of pocket cost was about $100.00 after insurance. On year #3 physical, I received a bill for over $700.00. I called Dr. Burns, who didn't take my call, but transfered me to "billing". I asked her the details on the costs and she said that my insurance didn't take care of part of my bill...therefore it was on me. I called my insurance company (the same company and plan I've had all 3 years) explaining that I have the same physical done every year...and asked what was the price difference? They said that my doctor "coded" a few tests differently than the previous years. I left 3 v-mails with Dr. Burns asking him to explain the difference in coding from previous years to this year. I never received a return phone call. Annoying. I have since found another doctor...and learned an expensive lesson.

I've been a patient of ProPartners since they opened their practice (in the original location). I've had routine visits and comprehensive executive physicals, probably more than a dozen visits in all. I've never had to wait more than 15 minutes, been accomodated for appointments on short notice, and always been well cared for by the staff. The doctors have always taken a great deal of time to be thorough and to answer all of my questions--evidence that they care more about me as a patient than they do their pocketbooks. ProPartners provides what I'm looking for in a medical practice--quick access, excellent service, doctors who are knowledgeable and personable, and all in a great facility.
