Cheeseburger Pleaseburger. Remember what the last hamburger you ate was like? What was on it? Hamburger, lettuce, a few misplaced pickles, and tomato if you’re lucky, am I right? Free your mind from this monotony. Take your hands off the keyboard and sit back in your computer chair. Now... Close your eyes and imagine your dream burger. What is on it? Are you a little limited by the constraints of the typical, run-of-the-mill burger? That boring burger is staining your memory, huh?

Let me refer you to a good friend of mine who will cure you of your sickness: The Double Kelly. Two huge, juicy meat patties, bacon, a generous cut of ham (Yes, I said HAM!), and two melty cheese slices, between two pillows of bread.

Can you tell I am a little obsessed? Grandstand Burgers has been my family’s favorite burger joint for a long time now. It has such charm and is a great deal! All of their burgers are awesome and their tots are the best I have had! It is reasonable and friendly. Everybody I talk to about it LOVES it. My coworker just showed me a link to a video somebody made singing the Kelly’s praises and it inspired me to write this review. Holy Hamburgers!. I usually pass by this little hamburger stand everyday on my way from work, but nerver had the desire to stop. Until one day when I-35 was back up with traffic that I became fustrated so it was then that I decided to stop by and pull in to grab me a bite to eat. And oh boy! did I score a jackpot with possibly the best burger I've tasted in a very long time. The large bun ultra soft, the meat is absolutely tasty and the jumbo tater tots crisp to order then I washed it all down with an old fashioned red cream soda. ahhhh yess..it was heaven.

Best Burger in Kansas City. Absolute Favorite place for a cheeseburger! You cannot go wrong here. Its a small mom $ pop burger stand well worth the 20 minute drive
