Salon Oasis and Day Spa

The latest and I must say the most incredible treatment I had is this new process called Brazilian Blow Out.
I have fuzzy hair. Not curly hair, but fuzzy. I have tried many products, and, of course a flat iron. This flat iron did help tremendously, but still, in a few hours, the fuzz returned..
I would go to the beach, pool. I would get out and my hair would fuzz to the point of embarrassing.
I have NEVER been so excited about my hair before. A new treatment called Brazilian Blow Out. When I left, my hair perfect. When I came home, hours later, my hair was still smooth. The next morning, straight out of bed, my hair was still smooth.
Then I washed my hair with the Brazilian Blow Products. I blew dry it. IT WAS PERFECT! I did not have to use the flat iron. I had my hair colored the following week after the Brazilian treatment, and it still is smooth. It has been six weeks now. it is STILL smooth. I have not had to use my flat iron once, not once.
Honestly, I am about ready to cry because my hair has never looked so good.
I highly recommend Salon Oasis for their pampering, the respect, the entire range of services they provide for men and women. One time, my husband was so incredibly stressed, he had an appointment for a hair cut. While he was there, I called, and had requested a facial for him. He was so relaxed, a noodle.
Again I must shout, the Brazilian Blow out miracle for me. Thank you so much for staying on top of the cutting edge products and procedures .
I always feel special when I come, always a friendly and soothing atmosphere.
I would like to address the one negative entry here. It surely sounds like this person was trying to get something for nothing. The coupon she had was like a grocery store coupon with an expiration date. It was a special promotion. I cannot why she would raise such fuss over that. Shame on her. I cannot believe someone would publish the degree of her ignorance. A coupon with an expiration date. Not a gift certificate, a coupon.
Example of the extraordinary customer service, I was having a pedicure. The back massager in the chair next to me was not working. The lady just mentioned it. Her tech went to inform the owner. Immediately, the owner came into the room, she apologized and gave her a certificate for another pedicure in the future.
Thank you!

- Pros: Pampered. Soothing. Professional, and Listens

I use Salon Oasis for many services and absolutely love it. The upscale atmosphere is relaxing, my stylist and nail tec are genuine and make me feel as though my visit is a personal experience and I am not just recieving a service. I would recommend this salon and spa to anyone. When I run into a scheduling pinch, they do eveything they can to accommodate me. Definately give them a try, you won't be sorry.

My mother-in-law bought me a gift certificate for Christmas 2009. I tried to use it June 1st 2010 to only find out it expired back in March. Why would they sell gift cards only good for 3 months that is crazy. I am a very busy working mom of 2 and do not have time to pamper myself very often. I was very disappointed to find they would not honor it at all. I will never be back. I use to frequent here years ago and then got rude service and stopped going. I will never return. Save your money and go somewhere else!!!
- Pros: None
- Cons: Will not honor their gift certificates.
FANTASTIC

Over the last 5-6 years I have been a frequent guest to the salon and spa.
I have fine, frizzy strawberry blonde hair which is not the easiest to find a stylist with the skills to both cut - so the my head is not host to a pyramid shaped mess, and color - without making my hair orange or purple. Angela does a beautiful job. She is also an excellent listener - she takes the time to consult with me everytime I visit, what do I want today? what events do I have coming up? - this allowsme to just sit in the chair and give her full reign, which is a true sign of a relaxed atmosphere. Knowing and trusting that your hair stylist has the skills, education, and comfort level to provide you with a fabulous cut and color is priceless - or well worth the fee.
Over the years, Angela has been a mentor for several other stylists all of which I would gladly go to if Angela is unavailable, because they are held to such exceptional standards at the salon.
As for the Spa services, Shawne is amazing - she knows my skin and is exceptional at putting my mind at ease so I can truly enjoy the spa experience. The calming music, fresh water &/or tea, the private rooms, all aspects of the salon make for a memorable experience that one would like to repeat as often as possible.
Whenever, I overhear someone ask for a salon or spa service in the Northland I always point them to Salon Oasis and they often go out of their way to thank me for the referral.
- Pros: Salon and Spa services; Friendly, helpful staff
- Cons: not being able to go everyday
