Overall Satisfaction. The staff here is incredibly friendly! I went here for a full body massage a few years ago and it was fantastic so I went back. Since their spa has been rearranged I must admit I was disappointed with the 2nd massage. Usually salons have their spas very quiet and tranquil but during my massage it was very noisy! It was the opposite of relaxing and very hard to not be distracted. I could hear ladies getting pedicure 10 feet outside the door, blow dryers, thuds from the next room, music, phones, and full conversations. To me, I was able to look past this and enjoy myself after 20 minutes or so but to a person who is looking for complete relaxation this is not the place to go. It was expensive so I feel that there should of been more respect for the guests who were in the spa...it was a bit uncomfortable. Overall the massage was absolutely fantastic! Ashley did a terrific job and every staff member was sweet as could be. Even when my boyfriend went there to purchase the massage he commented on how helpful and nice the girls were!! I would recommend this place for a great massage, but not a for relaxation..

Wonderful Salon!!!!!!!!. My family just moved here a month ago. I was worried about having to find a New Hair Stylist... I went to Innovations to get my hair done (cut & color) and it exceeded my expectations. Everyone in the Salon was very accomadating as well as very sweet and welcoming. Erin was my hairstylist and I could not have gotten a better stylist to do my hair ( I am sure they all good).... She did exactly what I wanted done to my hair as well as made sure that I was very pleased and happy with the outcome. This salon is not pushy on their products at all. I met the owner of the Salon and she was a very sweet lady. My experience there was wonderful and I hope that anyone else that needs a good hairstylist (looking for one) would go there. I highly recommend them. They are worth the money and they are bad on prices..

won't use another stylist. I have used Nicolette for about 2 years now. From the moment you sit in her chair you know you are in the hands of a professional. Not only does she listen to your needs, she can make it happen. My husband got a bad hair cut from another salon, I took him to Nicolette to fix it, he won't use anyone else now. We took our 6 year old daughter who has Down Syndrome to several salons, all with bad results. We took her to Nicolette, as soon as she sat in the chair Nicolette made her feel special and made her comfortable. now she tells us she needs her hair cut and "wants to see Nikki". Our entire family will use Nicolette everytime, you cant go wrong. "if your hair sucks, don't worry she can fix it".

Relaxing, hip, atmosphere. To begin with, I must say I'm not good with hair; I have always had my hair long and straight, because this is a style I could deal with. I'm 50+ and I've seen my share of good and bad hair cuts and color. I started going to Innovations Salon 5 years ago and I have been very pleased with the attention I receive while sitting in my stylist chair. My stylist is Jenie Stufflebean and in addition to being sweet, she will listen to what I think I want and what I can and cannot do with hair. She will disuss options, my cut, and how to manage my hair, according to my ability, after I go home. My color is always great and does not vary from color to color treatment; it's right on everytime. Jenie is a great stylist, has suggestions that are helpful and has talked me out of a few cuts I know I would have regretted later. Innovations Salon is my place to be, and the rewards card allows me to earn points for other services offered at the Salon! I have recommended this salon in the past and I recommend you give it a try and ask for Jenie, you will not be disappointed.

Great people, Great atmosphere. I loved my day at the spa with these ladies. Every one of them were so nice. I enjoyed a full day with them doing a facial (my favorite), one hour massage (very relaxing), pedicure & manicure (loved it too), and hair and makeup. The girl that did my hair gave me some good ideas to do with my hair and was very friendly. Everyone was just so nice and got along really good. Thank you for an awesome day. I will definately go back and recommend to my freinds and family.

The Best Salon Around. This Salon is the best. My daughter and I have been seeing Nicholette at Innovations for the last year and I would never let anyone else touch my hair. She is always nice and personable and on time for appointments. The front desk staff are great. Just a great fun place to go for the salon services you need.

Great Place. The salon is very nice. It's modern, with a flare. I've been going there for about two years. My stylist is Jody. She does a wonderful job! It is somewhat pricey, but you get what you pay for!!!

Excellent place to get your hair done.. I get more compliments on the color and cut of my hair since I have started going here. Everyone that works here is very nice and professional. I have recommended several co-workers, family and friends that now go here as well.

Best Hair Salon in Kansas City Area!!!. I love this place. Nicolette is the best ever. Everyone is so upbeat and friendly. The atmosphere is wonderful, the music is even upbeat. They offer everything you could ever need or want. Nicolette is pro, she can tell you what would look good or not as soon as you sit in her chair. I just go to her now and say "make me look good" and she does. It is great to have such faith in your stylist. I will never go anywhere else, I don't care how far the drive, I've found my beauty home. Thanks Innovations! I love the special treatment I get.
