Good doctor but???

After going to this doctor for over 12 years because of habit I guess we are still treated as strangers by the doctors and staff. After having 3 people checking you etc the doctor comes in does his final touch ups, say very little to you and then before you have a chance to leave the medical room he is recording his exam in front of you and leaves. Is he done? he doesn't say, you sit and finally someone comes in and dismisses you. Staff is not friendly worrying more if you have the right insurance and then informing you that no matter what you will be responsible for all test given even though you aren't told in advance they are going to do them. So no matter what you end up having to pay extra.

I gave this Doctor respect and support but I do not feel he nor his staff returns that respect and loyality.
