Horrible staff, great Doctors

If you're lucky enough to get an appointment, meaning they answer the phone (I've been on hold as long as 27 minutes before they answer) and they make your appointment to see Doctor...then you're all set. Hopefully your luck will continue, if not then when you show up for your appointment which I'm sure you're early for and wait the 40 -90 minutes that they typically make you wait...bring a book as they don't have any magazines (NKCH office anyway). I also had them schedule my appointment for the Doctor, which was 10 days after my surgery, and I get there and I'm going to see his PA (and she's really frightening...she is a close talker...no respect for your space!) and not him. I asked after my appointment if I have to pay the whole co-pay or do I get a discount because I didn't see an actual Physician? No, I did not get a discount.

I recommend the Physician.... just not the staff.

Oh...did I mention that all the staff I've dealt with in the last 6 months are very rude.

Horrible

They tell you on the phone your set for tests you get there and your not, they schedule tests and another follow up visit so they can rook you and your insurance out of more money. Unconcerned, they fail to follow through and when they mess up you are stuck waiting a month or more to get in to see a doctor when they failed to finalize an appointment in their computers.

• Cons: Rude Staff, unconcerned and shady doctors

Great doctors

I have had both sholders replaced with fantastic results.Thank you Dr. Eric.I had a total hip replacement in 1997 and it is still keeping me mobile.Dr. Thomas did a wonderful job.
