Rude, expensive and bad service. I have never written a comment about any service ever until now. It began by me asking the technician to please take his shoes off because it had been raining out. He flippantly said "no", then after a pause he said "you can go get me a towel if you want". I had asked them to look at my dish washer and washing machine. He said he would only look at the dishwasher, and that he would come back for the washing machine and charge me 2 service charges. I asked to speak with the office and asked him for the number. He refused to give me the phone number and said he would charge me regardless. Their arogant, rude technician walked throughout the house with his wet shoes, tightened a few screws on the dishwasher that took literally 10 minutes and I got a bill for 100 dollars. If I could give negative stars I would.…

Reliable and prompt. I've had them out 5 times now, and our servicer Rick has taken good care of us. They have always been on time and have fixed me up right. I'm glad I found a company I can trust.
