Awful Owners

Sheri the owner never smiles when i come in to tan and she seems very lazy.
The employees are OUTSTANDING and the only bed that works is the HP.
Be aware of the prices.. they are way too high for the crappy beds.

I gave a "Four Star Rating", because:
-The have a VERY clean facility!
-They are VERY friendly!
Pros- Clean, Nice, Quick, No Wait, "Cozy".
Cons- The only con is that they have a very small Level 1 bed, very claustrophobic, but if you have the money-- UPGRADE :)
Hope this helped. They really do a great job and I hope they stay in business!!

Well i would have to agree...i dont think you should get a free week of tanning if you have a "family emergency" and have to leave town...not saything you did not experience a family emergency, but unfortunetly there are people in this world who would lie about that to get a free month. I have been going here for years and have never experienced bad customer service. I think its just another story of someone trying to get something for free, and getting rejected and upset!
