Poor Customer Service.
I purchased a reconditioned Roybi chain saw several weeks ago. Got around to using it this weekend. After adding fuel and chain oil, tried repeatedly to get it to start. The engine started for perhaps 10 seconds and nothing more.
Took it back to Buckner Surplus and the owner refused to take it back. Per him, "It is Roybi problem" now. Not the kind of customer service you would expect from a neighborhood hardward store.
BE CAREFUL when doing business with Buckner Surplus.

No ARMY OR NAVY OR MILITARY SUPPLIES AT ALL. Googled for army navy or military surplus or supplies and this place came up/ Drove all the way on sunday from the airport to visit because we wanted to go get military supplies. Drove over 45 miles! Got there, and no customer service, no one even knew we were there! Had nothing but hardware, no military suppiles at all, but the search keywords had navy & army supplies listed. Hmmm couldnt even find a tent! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.
