VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.
I have been there few times, food is not the real Italian but it is okay for Italian Fast Food, Service is yaki too. but the Worst one is the hand full of kids at front door I think olive garden call them EMPLOYEES they do not even see you are there ! passed 2 times we were there I try to talk to the manager, but she was busy in the back even wait for her at carry out but "she " did not showup, that really made me mad, this female manager do not have time or do not give S ....... about the customers, and the last visit she was calling the employees name and yelling at them we heard everything she side, and I am very sure this female manager call the customres name too.
Is that how they handle the customers at olive garden?
at McDanolds customers get better service and can see the manager right way. DO I have to give them another chance? NO NO NO
I want to give them a zero but i have to give an star for the crapy service and cold and dry food

Traditional dishes and all -you-can-eat salad, soup and bread sticks are the draw at this upscale-casual Italian restaurant..
In Short
Established in 1982, this chain gained a following for its laid-back atmosphere and generous portions. Patrons settle into comfortable booths and tables in dining rooms with plants, artwork and décor reminiscient of the villas in the Tuscan countryside. Starters include scampi, sausage or pepperoni pizza, and several soup choices, as well as a signature seafood dip (crab, shrimp, cheese and marinara). Entrees include classics like lasagna, fettuccine Alfredo and chicken parmigiana. There are also "Garden Fare" options, which promise 30 percent fewer calories.
