Support is Non-Existent.
I'm giving these people one star, because zero stars isn't allowed.
MyCart-dot-Net used to be a good company with good support. (USED to be. Past tense.) Ownership changed some time ago, and now there is no support. They do not reply to support tickets, emails, or phone calls. All they do is collect your money monthly. If something breaks, your shopping cart (which takes a lot of time to build) is dead, and your online venture is out of business.
Avoid this company. I'm dumping them now, after years of using them. The current management is, in my experience, a danger to a customer's financial health.
Bad Idea - Sure Merchant / MyCart(dot)net.
I went with this company due to the ease of on their site. However, they will nickel and dime you. Rates go up without notices. Monthly fees are astronomical and the customer service is almost non existent. They have serious email issues and site glitches. The actually lost a calendar of appointments for my business causing months of confusion and chaos. An apology? Of course not. If you value your clients and your operation do not go with these guys. They will make you look bad and if you ever have a problem you can't reach them. Incompetent and not trust worthy. Don't make the same mistake I did.
