They made designing our wedding inviations stress free! Helpful and outstanding service!

The 1st part of this year my fiance' Jenny and I had the good fortune to find David Gregory. They took out the "stress" of designing safe-the-date cards, wedding invitations, place cards and programs for us. We initially dropped by and Greg showed us where we could look through samples of custom designed invitations at our leisure. After my finance' and I made some preliminary decisions, we talked with Greg and realized how much we didn't know about the etiquette of wedding invitations. These guys know what they're talking about! We asked about working out the specific details for our invitations and just then several customers came into the store. Greg asked if we would be willing to make an appointment to finish our conversation, suggesting that we meet either before opening or closing the store. He explained that by meeting before or after the store closed, he would be able to give us his undivided attention. We liked the idea of working with a locally owned shop and this help confirm our decision. Being able to meet in the evening was very helpful as my finance' was able to have her mother and father join us.

We had a great time that evening, talking about out wedding plans, taking our time, enjoying the process. Once we decided on our design, the rest of the process was handled by phone calls and emails. We were able to get the envelopes a week before so we could get them addressed. When the invitations were done, which was on a Friday, Jenny was out of town on a business trip and I couldn't get away from work before they closed. Jenny was really looking forward to getting these out in the mail on Saturday. When I told Greg our situation, he was kind enough to volunteer to drop them off at our house that evening!

All and all I am appreciative of the extra level of customer service they provided us but more importantly Jenny and her parents could not be more pleased!

We highly recommend David Gregory for inivations!

Want to make ordering wedding invitations a living hell?

I went to David Gregory a few weeks ago to get my wedding invitations ordered and was told I would receive a quote later that day via email. After a few emails on my part, I finally got my first quote after 10 days of waiting and it was riddled with errors. This after I had made an appointment and come in and spent time going over all the details. I sent several emails asking them to contact me so we could get the changes made & get the product ordered...and received absolutely no response. I also tried calling the store numerous times over several days but not once did anyone answer the phone...I only got their voicemail and a message that their mailbox was full preventing me from being able to leave a message. I finally had to drive down there to try & get things resolved but was told Greg was off at a bridal show and no one else their was capable of helping me. I find it ironic they were out trying to drum up more business when they can't seem to keep up with the business they already had. I understand things get busy and hectic...but when customers call or email the least they could do is acknowledge them and let them know they are working to resolve things. I can only hope that he rest of the brides they are working with receive the attention and respect they deserve. I decided to take my business elsewhere.

Bottom line: I wouldn't send my worst enemy to get their invitations from these guys. Weddings are stressful enough without working with incompetent vendors.

Whatever you want, David Gregory can do it

I threw a party to celebrate a close friend's recovery from a serious operation. I wanted something simple and fun, traditional with a twist. After just one meeting with David Gregory they nailed what I was looking for and produced a beautiful invitation, a completely original design, even customizing the envelope to hint at the piece inside. Nearly every guest, and there were 75 of them, mentioned how nice the invitations were. Easy to work with, easy proof approval, and quick delivery. I can't imagine using anyone else.
