Best Chinese Food Ever!. I thought since it was a small town that the chinese food wouldn't be anything special. But the inside of the restaurant is BEAUTIFUL! It has an antique ceiling that is so magnificant. Not only that, but the food there is the best chinese food I've ever had anywhere, period. If you're ever driving through Louisburg or want so really great Chinese food, Phoenix is the place to go!
