Best mexican restuarant in Johnson County!!!!!!. They are so very friendly! The food is so amazing. You can always get in and out quickly! Love it!!! My all time favorite it the burrito Raquitia.

Great Authentic Mexican Food. This place is the BEST! I moved to the Kansas City area after having lived in South Texas for many years. What this establishment serves is the REAL DEAL -- not "TexMex" or some other variation. Their fajitas are fantastic, and are probably too much food for most people. Their "white cheese" dip is wonderful. For something different, try their Chile Verde or their Tacos de Carne Asada. The wait staff is tremendous friendly and helpful, not to mention QUICK! Chapala's is my family's favorite restaurant. We moved here from So. Calif. and had our pick of excellent mexican food. But moving to Kansas City we couldn't find anything that compared until
Chapala's. There food is more authenticate than any other's we have tried. The servers there are very courteous and quick.
I love there chicken taco salad. Tons of meat and very tasty. My husband loves their cheese enchilada, my son loves all of it and my daughter who is 14 and very picky eats their toastada's which she loves.
I recommend you try this restaurant. You will be pleasantly surprised and pleased with the results.…
