Very dissatisfied. I was just in the Paola Wal-Mart about an hour ago and wanted to get some fabric. There was no one available to help me in the fabric department so i went over to the electronics department and they paged for someone to come to fabrics. After waiting for 10 minutes no one came so I went back over and electronics paged someone again. There was an off duty CSM there and she paged twice for someone to come to fabrics. I waited a total of 30 minutes for someone to come and no one ever showed up. I then went up front to speak with the on duty CSM and assistant mgr and they didn't care. They looked at me like they didn't need my money. I was taught that customer service is supposed to help people not chase them away. I don't know if I will ever go back there to by material let alone anything else. I try very hard to keep my money in my town but with customer service like that I will probably take it to the city.
