BBQ heaven.. I just moved form new mexico and man this is what i call BBQ. Smoked meat, good service, when i think of BBQ this is IT!

Hearty barbecue dishes and sides are served in a casual family setting.. In Short
The spacious dining room is decorated in a Western motif, including dark wood paneling and wagon-wheel lights. Even if the place looks packed, your wait at the counter to order is minimal. Sandwiches range from regular to large to the "round-up" size, and plates come with fries and a side. The sausage is very thinly sliced and quite tasty. In addition to Zarda's original sauce, which is good, albeit a bit sweet, a sweet and smoky hickory-flavored sauce is also available. Fried sides, including mushrooms, cauliflower and jalapeno poppers, are surprisingly non-greasy, and the onion rings contain thick slabs of sweet, flavorful onion.
