Matinee goer. I gave it two stars only because the staff are usually very nice. The theater needs updating. If they would do this I bet attendance would increase. With the amount of people that live in close proximity that don't want to drive to the Legends or Merriam it would do well, at least I think so. What drives me nuts is the fact they are almost ALWAYS late getting the movie started. It typical averages about 10 to 15 minutes. That alone is under their control. The problems with the movies may sometimes not be in their control but getting the movie started on-time is! You add 15 minutes to an already long pre-movie cycle and you spend half your time watching stuff that isn't the movie. Even though the theater is a little dated I frequent it because of the convenieince. Get the movie starting on time would be a HUGE boost. I probably average about 3 matinees a month during the course of the year.

Not worth the price of the ticket. The theater feels dated. I've been in multiple shows that experience big problems like off-track audio and muted audio. After one movie was still trying to get rolling (20 minutes after it was supposed to) I went and got a refund for our tickets, but only after being confronted by a cop outside doors to our theater who was apparently trying to keep everything under control. Then I got yelled at by one of the employees for waiting for help in the exact place a different employee had instructed me to go to. I did get my money back, and we haven't been back since. Really, there's no reason to at $8.25/ticket. You can go to a much nicer theater for that price.
